The Eoropie Dunes Park was created on the darker triangle of ground to the left of the sandy track. As you can see the area has many sand dunes, some flat grassy areas and two streams run through the park.

The site lies next to the beautiful golden sandy beach (Traigh Shanndaidh), bordered by the Atlantic.
